For founder-led events and professional communities

Find sponsors that fit. Know what to do next.

We install the research and decision process behind one sponsorship cycle, so your team can move from a long list to a clear next step.

An editorial still life of printed research, a decision matrix and working materials on a dark table.
Evidence before confidence Human approval before action Client ownership from day one

The hard part is not finding more names. It is knowing who to pursue, why, and what happens next.

Facts, sponsor research, requests, drafts, approvals and status often live in different places. The founder becomes the only person who knows which opportunities matter and what should happen next.

First deployment: Sponsor Pursuit System Installation

One sponsor category. One clear path from research to an approved next step.

Sponsor pursuit is the first focused use case, not the whole company. We install the operating layer from shared foundation through decision-ready pursuit, approval control and handover. Sending, inbox management, negotiation and closing are not included.

Shared foundation

Facts, assets, approved claims, constraints, owners and stop rules.

Opportunity decisions

Qualification, exclusions, counterevidence, priority and next decisions.

Pursuit packs

Recipient context, value, request design, draft and approval question.

Control and handover

Status, approvals, exceptions, export and a system your team can take over.

Scope detail: Research and qualification subsystem

Up to 100 candidate organisations discovered from public sources
40 to 60 qualified, prioritised or excluded with reasons
20 complete research cards with evidence and counterevidence
10 to 15 decision-ready pursuit packs for human review

What stays with you

A source of truth, research records, decision rules, approval states, draft workflow, operating guide and exportable control surface.

Mode
Shadow or Draft
Workflow
One sponsor category
Delivery
10 to 14 days after complete inputs and authorised start
Defect window
7 days, blocker-only

A pursuit can move backward when the evidence changes.

This fictional example shows the kind of decision record the installation produces. It is not a real prospect or client result.

Example Candidate 17 Hold

Do not draft or contact.

Evidence
A public partner programme exists and the audience overlap is plausible.
Counterevidence
The relevant category appears exclusive and the published route points to an external agency.
Unknown
The renewal date and current category owner are not publicly confirmed.
Next decision
Verify timing in the next cycle. Keep this candidate out of the drafting queue.

No anonymous handoff

Before an engagement begins, the written Scope must name the contracting party, delivery owner, review owner, client decision owner, data route and acceptance path.

Research is one part of the system. Every part must support a real decision.

What is true?

Current facts, sources, freshness and material unknowns.

Why now?

The recipient's current decision, pressure, risk and timing.

What could disprove the fit?

Counterevidence is recorded before a pursuit moves forward.

What can they use?

A concrete recipient value, not a generic claim of alignment.

Who decides?

Named approval, revise, hold and stop states.

A deliberately narrow first fit

Built for teams with real sponsor assets and an active cycle.

Good fit

  • A recurring B2B event or professional community
  • An upcoming sponsor cycle within roughly 90 to 180 days
  • Existing audience evidence, assets and an internal owner
  • No mature Partnerships Ops system
  • A team willing to keep sending and commercial decisions human-owned

Not a fit

  • You mainly want a contact list or mass cold email
  • Your sponsor strategy and assets still need to be built from zero
  • You require commission-only selling or guaranteed results
  • You need negotiation, closing or a complex custom integration
  • You cannot provide an authorised decision and data owner

Questions founders ask before starting.

Will you contact sponsors for us?

No. The standard installation prepares and evaluates the workflow in Shadow or Draft Mode. Sending is not included.

Do you guarantee a sponsorship result?

No. We commit to the agreed operating system, decision records, approval surface and handover. External decisions are not guaranteed.

Do we need a new CRM?

Usually not. We use one agreed spreadsheet, board or CRM surface where practical.

Can our team operate it afterwards?

Yes. Client ownership and handover are part of the standard scope.

Is this a software subscription?

No. The founding offer is a fixed-scope service deployment. Productisation comes only after repeated paid evidence.

Start with one sponsor category that already matters.

The first conversation is a fit assessment, not a free strategy project.
